We’re pleased to announce that betternotstop is now formally recognised as a Disability Confident Committed employer, which is the first step towards becoming a full disability confident employer.

The Disability Confident scheme supports employers to make the most of the talents that disabled people can bring to a workplace – and since the scheme was launched, over 20,000 organisations that have signed up.

Disability Confident organisations play a leading role in changing attitudes for the better. They’re changing behaviour and cultures in their own businesses, networks and communities, and reaping the benefits of inclusive recruitment practices.

The scheme helps employers recruit and retain great people, and:

  • draw from the widest possible pool of talent
  • secure high quality staff who are skilled, loyal and hard working
  • improve employee morale and commitment by demonstrating that you treat all employees fairly
  • helps customers and other businesses identify those employers who are committed to equality in the workplace.

More and more businesses are signing up to Disability Confident every week. The scheme helps them think differently about disability, and improve how they attract, recruit and retain disabled workers – and it’s something we’re very proud to be a part of.

We’re always interested in hearing from people who would be interested in working for us, even if we do not have any immediate vacancies. So, please do get in touch either via the Careers section of our site or the Contact Page.
